Upon receipt of a complaint, the Customer Support Team shall acknowledge the request by issuing a unique ticket reference along with an indicative resolution timeline. Any extension beyond standard timelines shall be communicated with appropriate justification.

If the resolution provided at Level 1 is not satisfactory, customers may escalate the concern to the Chief Customer Officer by quoting the original ticket reference. Each escalation undergoes a comprehensive review based on the applicable complaint category.

If the concern remains unresolved after Level 2 escalation, customers may approach the Grievance Redressal Officer with the original ticket details. The grievance shall be independently reviewed and a final resolution shall be communicated based on its complexity and regulatory requirements.
